SheetPilot provides a 100% digital service. We do not ship any physical products. "Delivery" of our service means the successful go-live of your Google Sheets automation inside your own Google Workspace account.
There are no shipping costs, courier charges, or physical delivery timelines. All work is conducted remotely (via Google Meet, screen share, and WhatsApp) or in-person in Bangalore.
Our standard implementation timeline is 5 business days from the date work commences (Day 1 = audit call date).

The 5-day timeline assumes the Client is available for the Day 1 audit call, provides timely access to the Google Sheet, and reviews and approves the Day 4 test outputs within 24 hours. If the Client causes delays (e.g., unavailability, delayed access, delayed approval), the go-live date will be extended accordingly with no penalty to SheetPilot.
If SheetPilot is unable to meet the agreed go-live date due to reasons within our control, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance and provide a revised timeline. If the delay exceeds 5 additional business days, you may request a partial refund per our Refund Policy.
Delivery timelines may be extended in cases of events beyond our control including Google platform outages, major internet service disruptions, or other force majeure events. We will communicate any such delays promptly.
SheetPilot's service is delivered digitally and is available to clients across India. Our primary focus is on businesses in Bangalore, Karnataka, where we offer in-person audit calls and handover meetings. For clients outside Bangalore, all interactions are conducted remotely via:

Unlike SaaS software, SheetPilot's automation does not "expire" or require renewal to keep running. Once delivered and live, the automation runs inside your Google Workspace on Google's free infrastructure — indefinitely, at no additional cost to you.
