Service Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Service Delivery

SheetPilot provides a 100% digital service. We do not ship any physical products. "Delivery" of our service means the successful go-live of your Google Sheets automation inside your own Google Workspace account.

There are no shipping costs, courier charges, or physical delivery timelines. All work is conducted remotely (via Google Meet, screen share, and WhatsApp) or in-person in Bangalore.

2. Standard Delivery Timeline

Our standard implementation timeline is 5 business days from the date work commences (Day 1 = audit call date).

Day 1 Audit & Planning 30-minute audit call. We review your Sheets, confirm scope, and finalise the implementation plan. You share editor access to your Google Sheet.
Day 2–3 Development We build the automation — trigger scripts, processing logic, email templates, alert thresholds, and recipient routing. No action required from you.
Day 4 Testing & Approval We run full end-to-end tests using your actual sheet data. We send you test emails for review. You approve the design and behaviour before go-live.
Day 5 Go-Live & Handover We conduct a 20-minute handover walkthrough with your team. Automation is switched to live mode. First automated report delivered same evening. Balance payment due.
Day 6+ Support Period Begins Your plan's bug-fix support period starts. The automation runs independently in your Google account at zero additional cost.

3. Delivery Timelines by Plan

Business Pro implementations involving multi-location tracking, WhatsApp Business API setup, or Google Form integration may take up to 10 business days. This will be communicated clearly in your Service Agreement.

4. Add-On Service Delivery

Add-on services purchased after the initial go-live have the following typical delivery timelines:

  • Additional Sheet Connection: 2–3 business days
  • WhatsApp Business API Integration: 3–5 business days
  • Google Form Integration: 2–3 business days
  • PDF Invoice Generation: 3–4 business days
  • Custom Email Template: 2–3 business days
  • Monthly MIS Reports: 3–4 business days
  • Emergency Fix: Within 24 business hours of confirmation

Exact timelines for add-ons will be confirmed at the time of purchase via WhatsApp.

5. What Constitutes Successful Delivery

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • The automation is live in your Google Workspace and operational.
  • At least one full cycle of each automated report/alert has been successfully sent to the configured recipients.
  • The Day 5 handover walkthrough has been completed with your designated team member(s).
  • You have confirmed receipt of the handover (verbal or written).

For Business Pro plans, delivery also includes the documentation handover PDF emailed to you on Day 5.

6. Delays & Extensions

6.1 Delays Caused by Client

The 5-day timeline assumes the Client is available for the Day 1 audit call, provides timely access to the Google Sheet, and reviews and approves the Day 4 test outputs within 24 hours. If the Client causes delays (e.g., unavailability, delayed access, delayed approval), the go-live date will be extended accordingly with no penalty to SheetPilot.

6.2 Delays Caused by SheetPilot

If SheetPilot is unable to meet the agreed go-live date due to reasons within our control, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance and provide a revised timeline. If the delay exceeds 5 additional business days, you may request a partial refund per our Refund Policy.

6.3 Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be extended in cases of events beyond our control including Google platform outages, major internet service disruptions, or other force majeure events. We will communicate any such delays promptly.

7. Delivery Geography

SheetPilot's service is delivered digitally and is available to clients across India. Our primary focus is on businesses in Bangalore, Karnataka, where we offer in-person audit calls and handover meetings. For clients outside Bangalore, all interactions are conducted remotely via:

  • Google Meet / Zoom: Audit calls and handover walkthroughs
  • WhatsApp: Day-to-day communication and approvals
  • Email: Proposals, agreements, invoices, and documentation
  • Google Workspace: All implementation work conducted inside your own account

There is no physical delivery component. No courier, no shipping, no physical medium.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Upon go-live, SheetPilot will send you a delivery confirmation via WhatsApp and email that includes:

  • Confirmation that the automation is live and operational
  • A summary of what was implemented (sheets connected, reports configured, recipients set up)
  • Your support period start date and end date
  • Contact details for the support period
  • Invoice for the balance payment (50%)

9. Post-Delivery: The Automation Runs Forever

Unlike SaaS software, SheetPilot's automation does not "expire" or require renewal to keep running. Once delivered and live, the automation runs inside your Google Workspace on Google's free infrastructure — indefinitely, at no additional cost to you.

The only scenario where the automation stops working is if:

  • The Google Sheet structure is changed significantly (column names, sheet names).
  • Google makes a breaking change to the Apps Script platform (very rare; covered under your support period).
  • Your Google Workspace account is suspended or closed.
