Three phases from chaos to control

Audit, build, and rollout. We focus on reliability, usability, and decision-ready reporting without forcing a platform migration.

01

Workflow Audit + Priority Map

30 minutes

We review your current workbook, identify script bottlenecks, and prioritize fixes by launch impact: speed, reliability, and operator clarity.

  • Sheet-by-sheet walkthrough of RM, WIP, FG, dispatch, and customer flow
  • Identify locked-cell risks and script failure points
  • Prioritize must-have launch items vs later enhancements
  • Define role-based alert streams and summary recipients
  • Finalize scope with timelines and ownership

This stage converts scattered requests into a build-ready sprint backlog.

02

Build Sprint Inside Your Sheet

3-5 business days

We implement the automation and UX layer in your existing workspace: navigation, guided prompts, loading states, and process controls.

  • Sheet search/jump and pinning for large workbooks
  • Tooltips/i-buttons for Purchase, WIP, Production, Dispatch
  • Popups with "Don't show again" controls
  • Loading animations and safer validation/locks
  • Issue form routing to email plus tracking sheet

Your existing process stays intact while automation quality and usability improve.

03

Go-Live + Reporting Rhythm

Forever

After deployment, your system starts role-based notifications and a daily decision cadence for founders and operators.

  • Role-based email alerts for WIP, BOM, and overall operations
  • Daily summary email: yesterday activity + today stock
  • Weekly transaction checks and change-log visibility
  • Backup policy setup with retention windows
  • Launch review and optional optimization cycle

The goal is simple: fewer surprises, faster decisions, and consistent execution.

What you're probably wondering

Do I need to give you access to my Google account? +

No. You give us Editor access to the specific Google Sheet — not your whole account. You can revoke this at any time. The script runs under your own Google account after handover.

What if my team accidentally breaks something? +

Google Apps Script is sandboxed inside the Sheet. Deleting data in the Sheet doesn't affect the script. We'll also explain what to avoid. Post-launch support covers any break fixes.

Can I see the code? Is it a black box? +

Absolutely not a black box. The script is visible in your Sheet under Extensions > Apps Script. You can read every line of it. We also document what each function does.

What happens if I change my Sheet structure? +

Minor column additions usually work fine. Major restructuring (renaming key columns, removing sheets) may require script updates. This is covered during the support period and can be done as an add-on after.

Will it still work in 5 years? +

Google Apps Script has been running since 2009 and is core to Google Workspace. It's not going anywhere. We've never had a client whose automation stopped working due to Google changes — and we've been doing this since 2022.
