These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SheetPilot's services. By engaging SheetPilot, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
SheetPilot provides Google Sheets automation setup services. We build Google Apps Script solutions inside your existing Google Sheets based on a mutually agreed scope of work.
2. Scope of Work
The specific services, deliverables, and timeline will be defined in a written scope document provided before project commencement. Any changes to the scope after project start may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
3. Payment Terms
- A 50% advance payment is required to begin the project
- The remaining 50% is due upon project launch/handover
- We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS, and Razorpay payments
- Invoices are GST-compliant
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to the Google Sheet(s) required
- Ensure the Sheet data is reasonably accurate and current
- Respond to clarification questions within 2 business days
- Designate one point of contact for the project
- Test and provide feedback during the testing phase
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all Google Apps Script code built for your project is transferred to you. You own it entirely. You may modify it, share it, or use it in any way without restriction.
6. Support Period
Post-launch support is included for the period specified in your plan (30, 60, or 90 days). This covers bug fixes and minor adjustments. Major feature additions or structural changes to the automation are quoted separately.
7. Limitations of Liability
SheetPilot is not liable for data loss, business disruption, or financial loss arising from use of our automation. We build on Google's infrastructure, which we do not control. We recommend maintaining manual backup processes.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project before commencement with written notice. If SheetPilot terminates without cause after work has begun, we will refund the advance in full. If the client terminates after work has begun, the advance is non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
