Is this really a one-time cost? No hidden fees? +
Yes. You pay once for the setup. After that, your automation runs on Google's own infrastructure (Google Apps Script + Sheets) which is completely free. No platform fees, no monthly charges, nothing. There is an optional ₹11,999/year maintenance contract if you want ongoing changes and updates.
What if something breaks after the support period? +
Google Apps Script is extremely stable and rarely breaks unless Google itself changes something. If it does, we offer an annual maintenance contract at ₹11,999/year which covers all script updates, bug fixes, and minor changes throughout the year.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth later? +
Yes. You pay the difference (₹15,000) to upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time. We'll add the additional sheet connections, alerts, and features to your existing setup.
Do I need to give you access to my Google Account? +
We need Editor access to your Google Sheet during the setup period. The script runs under your Google Account — we are never able to access your data after the handover is complete.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS, and Razorpay (cards, netbanking). We typically take a 50% advance and 50% on project completion.
How long does setup take? +
Starter: 3–4 business days. Growth: 5–7 business days. Business Pro: 10–14 business days. These timelines begin after we've reviewed your Sheet and confirmed the scope.
