When you reach out to us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business name to respond to your enquiry and manage our client relationship.

Google Sheets access

During the project setup phase, we request Editor access to the specific Google Sheet(s) you want automated. We do not access any other files in your Google Drive or your Google Account itself.

Website usage

We may collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, time spent) through standard web analytics to improve our website. This does not include personally identifiable information.

Your business data lives in your Google Drive — not on our servers. Once we complete the setup and handover, we remove our access to your Sheet unless you specifically ask us to retain it for support purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Google Workspace Data

Any access to your Google Sheets is temporary and limited to the specific files required for your project. All automation scripts are built under your Google Account — we have no ongoing access to your data after project completion.

We retain your contact information for as long as we have an active client relationship. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@sheetpilot.in.
